The 2018 award winners

Our adjudicator Jan Palmer-Sayer announced the following award winners for the 50th Cambridge Drama Festival. Congratulations to everyone who took part, and a big thank you to every audience member who supported us during the week.

Special congratulations go to Combined Actors of CambridgeBig Squirrel and BAWDS for coming third, second and first respectively.

  • BEST CAMEO – Tricia Peroni (BAWDS) for THE LAST BREAD PUDDING
  • BEST ACTRESS UNDER 19 – Emily Rutherford (Waterbeach Theatre Company) for THE LOST ARCHER
  • BEST ACTOR UNDER 19 – Wez Ruthven (Samuel Ward Academy) for CHEQUERED FLAGS TO CHEQUERED FUTURES
  • BEST ACTRESS – Kattreya Scheurer-Smith (Big Squirrel) for FLAT 2B
